I recently moved into recruitment after more than 20 years working within the telecommunication industry in a range of positions, particularly across sales and business leadership.  My sales background includes working for multinationals such as Nokia, to homegrown success stories like M2 Telecommunication, and building my own start-ups in South East Asia and Australia. 

Now at bta Sales, I focus on recruiting sales and leadership positions in the information technology (IT) and telecommunications business sectors.  It’s rewarding to be able to use my extensive background and network with the industry to help find the best match between employees and employers. 

I went into recruitment because the majority of recruiters I have come across have never sold within the industry they are placing in, therefore, overlooking expectation talent in the marketplace.  They miss the characteristics that are learnt from selling into the coalface and delivering a product and solution to the end-user.

My passion is family, football, gym, drums and helping others. I really do believe that karma makes the world a better place!
