I have 25 years of experience recruiting sales professionals for leading companies in both Australia and internationally. I’ve successfully placed more than 500 sales professionals across a wide variety of industries. I’m a regular guest speaker on topics related to building high‑performing sales teams and have managed teams of up to 60 people with budgets of $10M+.

I’m the Managing Director of bta Sales, Australia’s longest‑running and most successful recruitment firms specialising in the executive sales profession. Over a period of more than 25 years, we have helped over 5,000 salespeople secure new roles, and we currently support a talent community of more than 300,000 registered candidates.

Outside of business, I’m passionate about family, self‑development, health, and fitness. I'm a long‑distance runner and previously into triathlons, having completed an Ironman — though I won’t be rushing to do that again. I’m also an avid North Melbourne supporter, still hopeful that a premiership is just around the corner.
